Amec's £2.8m Australian swoop

Engineering firm Amec has bought Australian consultancy BurmanGriffiths for A$4.5 million (£2.8m).

BurmanGriffiths - which was founded in 2005 and employs ten staff - will become part of Amec's Australian cost management consultancy, Aquenta Consulting.
