Altitude receives promotions offer

ALTITUDE Group, the AIM-listed technology and marketing company, has received an indicative offer for its promotional products division, which operates two businesses in Glasgow.

The division, which accounts for approximately two-thirds of the Surrey-based group's revenues and employees, includes the Ross Promotional Products and Dowlis operations in Glasgow, which specialise in items including corporate gifts.

Altitude said a sale would be in line with its strategy to transform the group into an IT company.
