Aerial drone outfit swoops on SSE deal

CYBERHAWK Innovations, a Livingston-based technology business, has signed a three-year agreement worth six figures to provide remote inspection services to Perth-based utilities giant Scottish & Southern Energy.

The company will use its unmanned aerial vehicles to inspect cooling towers and electricity pylons, as well as carrying out topographical land surveys.
