A 40ft-high sculpture made up of 10,000 balloons by an American artist has been unveiled at Edinburgh’s National Museum.
New York artist Jason Hackenwwerth’s colourful floating display, which represents “the connection from the cosmos to coral reefs”, will remain at the museum for the next week to coincide with the Edinburgh International Science Festival, which launched earlier this month.
