Video: John Bellany - ‘A Passion for Life’ at the Scottish National Gallery

JOHN Bellany is widely regarded as one of Scotland’s most outstanding exponents of contemporary art. This retrospective celebrates the 70th birthday of the Port Seton born artist.

Bellany’s work from a career spanning half a century can be found all over the world in modern art collections at the MoMA and the Met in New York as well as Tate Britain in London.

Paintings, watercolours, drawings and prints some of which have rarely been seen are exhibited in what is the largest and most comprehensive exhibition of John Bellany’s work.
