Under the Radar: ST.MARTiiNS

Combining the talents of Mark Johnston and Katie Lynch, whose distinctive vocals first came to our attention when she fronted the band Seems as a teenager, Dundee duo ST.MARTiiNS manage to conjure up an enticing blend of jazz, pop, electronic infusions and prominent guitars, and they have been building a reputation for their original sound.

Swelling to a five-piece when they play live, ST.MARTiiNS follow the release of their single About You on 17 March with a slot on the prestigious BBC Introducing stage at Glasgow’s 6 Music Festival on 22 March. The band are set to embark on a nationwide tour with Pronto Mama in May, ahead of the release of their Other Humans EP and a headline show at King Tut’s in Glsagow in June.
