With a self-applied remit to explore 'dating, mental health and polyamorous relationships', this young company Upcoming set itself a high bar.
Although the trio of performers – two male and one female – can’t be faulted for giving it a go, it’s a bar the piece sadly didn’t cross. The ideas underexplored, and the performances too raw to quite manage the levels of either dramatic or sexual tension required.
