Limmy to play four-night run at Edinburgh Festival Fringe

A FOUR-night run of shows by Scottish comedian Limmy has been announced for the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

Brian Limond, aka Limmy, will perform four shows at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe

THE EICC will host the performances – a reading from his book, Daft Wee Stories, and a Q&A session – from August 18.

Limmy, aka Brian Limond, last played at the capital’s Fringe festival in 2008. Tickets will go on sale tomorrow.

After the comedian’s web-only podcast series, Limmy’s World Of Glasgow, the BBC commissioned a TV show, The Limmy Show, in 2010. Running for three series, the last episode was a Christmas special in 2013.
