Still Game stars are going on Eggheads

Stars of Scottish TV show Still Game will appear on a celebrity version of Eggheads today.

The popular BBC Two quiz show will see Jane McCarry, Gavin Mitchell, Sanjeev Kohli, Mark Cox and Paul Young face a tough team of TV boffins.

Isa actress Jane McCarry took to social media to write: “Now, I’m a total fanny, that’s a given but if you need proof watch STILL GAME CELEB EGGHEADS.”

The show will air at 6pm.

Eggheads sees a team of celebrities battle some of the country’s brainiest quizmasters.

Jane’s tweet gained more than 600 likes on Twitter.

One fan, Jennifer Thomson tweeted: “I’m really looking forward to watching it - although how good would it be if they did one in full character.”
