Occupation: Almost Adele - Adele tribute act.

What school did you attend? Leith Academy.

What sort of pupil were you? A model one, of course - well that’s what I tell my 13-year-old son.

What was your first job? Working in Brodies, making handmade chocolates.

My biggest achievement so far has been... Impersonating a Grammy Award-winning artist.

My worst moment ever was…

Doing a gig in Broxburn when my wrap-over dress came undone on stage. I didn’t notice until I saw people laughing and pointing.

Three words that sum up my personality are... bubbly, loyal and friendly.

Favourite place in the world? Leith, my home town.

Three places in Edinburgh I could not live without are...

The Minto Hotel, The Central Bar, Edinburgh’s charity shops.

Who is your best friend? Dani. We’ve been friends for 21 years and although at times we could strangle each other she is my rock and I wouldn’t change her for the world.

Which TV show do you never miss? Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares.

What one show would you bring to Edinburgh? Wicked!

Name one item you not live without? My laptop.

By what ethos do you live your life? Never be too scared to try. Even if you fail, at least you gave it a shot.
