REALITY TV star Jake Quickenden is used to grabbing the spotlight, whether it’s spinning around the rink for Dancing on Ice, battling through the jungle on I’m a Celebrity or exercising his vocals on X Factor.

And thanks to his chiselled good looks, infectious personality and a healthy love life, he’s never far from the headlines either.

Most of his fans probably reckon they know him pretty well from his Instagram snaps, Facebook updates and Twitter.

But soon they’ll get a chance to get even closer and see him in the flesh – almost all of it.

Quickenden, 29, has been wowing fans the length of country with his dashing good looks in his latest venture, starring in one of the ultimate girls’ night out dance groups, The Dreamboys.

Currently in the midst of a 150-date UK tour, the all-lads group, which also includes Ex On The Beach reality tv show star and model Rogan O’Connor, is now preparing to bring their ‘Magic Mike’ brand of fun to over-18s in Edinburgh, Stirling and Dundee.

The raunchy show features no fewer than eight performers – including Quickenden and O’Connor – who bring a Full Monty style vibe to a show that has all the ingredients for a fun girls’ night out.

Renowned for their atmospheric shows that bring together high energy dance routines, challenging choreography, incredibly toned physiques and the troupe’s larger-than-life personalities, the shows have already set pulses racing across the UK.

Using a series of props, dazzling sound and lighting, role-play style costumes and a little audience participation, The Dreamboys have a reputation for leaving just the right amount to the imagination, while giving their audiences a night to remember.

“People of Scotland! You know we love it here and cannot wait to be back with you guys, lets hope you can still handle the heat this time round! See you soon,” said the Dreamboys team.

For those who can’t wait, there’s a glimpse of what to expect on The Dreamboys’ Facebook page.

This time around the audience can look forward to reality stars Jake and Rogan joining in a series of routines ranging from deeply romantic to red hot and high energy.

Established in 1986 and now marking 32 years as the UK’s most famous male strip group, The Dreamboys have evolved into an international brand. Twelve Dreamboys clubs operate across the UK every Saturday night, while huge UK and international tours means The Dreamboys’ dancers perform in front of millions of fans every year.

As a result, they have become the most recognised name in ladies’ entertainment.

The West End style shows are designed to cater for women of all ages – from 18 to 80 – and are popular destinations for hen night and birthday parties as well as just a fun girls’ night out.

Jake Quickenden has been dubbed the ‘king of reality’ shows after taking part in a string of high profile series. He first shot into the public eye in ninth series of The X Factor and reached the judges’ houses stages before being sent home.

He returned two years later for the 11th series, in 2014, when he made it to the live shows.

Later that year he appeared on I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here and ended the show as runner-up. Earlier this year he got his skates on and beat other celebrities to win Dancing on Ice.

He’ll appear with The Dreamboys at Edinburgh Playhouse on Friday, September 14, Whitehall Theatre, Dundee on Tuesday, September 18 and at The Albert Halls, Stirling, on Wednesday, Setpember 19.
