My perfect weekend: Salim Maih

1 Who would be your ideal weekend companion and why? It would be my beautiful wife, Rumena. She knows me better than anyone else so I would get away with nothing!

2 Where would you take her and why? Paris, of course – the perfect place for romance.

3 Where would you go for breakfast, lunch and dinner? I am always last out of the restaurant, and it’s usually late, so would have breakfast at home, lunch at Voujon, of course, and then take the children to Pizza Express.

4 What item would you not be without? My mobile – keeps me in touch with the world.

5 How would your weekend finish? The best way to finish the weekend is with a hot cup of tea.
