My Perfect Weekend: DeeDee Stewart

1 Who would be your ideal weekend companion? My husband, Lance. It was much easier to sell him the idea of me taking my show to the Edinburgh Fringe when he found out the plan included bringing him along.

2 Where would you take him in Edinburgh? A game of golf – Lance is crazy about golf! We have only been here a short while, but visited the Braid Hills golf course.

3 Where would you go for breakfast, lunch and dinner and why? Ryan’s Bar in the West End does a great breakfast. For lunch, it would have to be the The Villager on George IV Bridge – a cool bar with a great lunch menu. For dinner we’d go Indian at Mother India Café – a friend recommended it.

4 What item could you not be without and why? Good clogs. Don’t want the heel of my shoe stuck between cobblestones.

5 How would you finish your perfect weekend? Probably a comedy or cabaret show.
