My Perfect Weekend: Dave Barnett

1 Who would be your ideal weekend companion and why? It would have to be my hero, David Coulthard. I met him once at Monaco and was impressed by how down to earth he was.

2 Where would you take him in Edinburgh and why? Me and DC would go to the Players Lounge in Rose Street. They do great hot shaves and facials and I think DC would appreciate a bit of male grooming and relaxation before a busy day.

3 Where would you take him for breakfast, lunch and dinner? I would take DC to Lloyds gym for a morning workout and breakfast of bagels and protein shakes. Then for lunch the Abbotsford bar in Rose Street, and for dinner we would go to the Dome.

4 What item would you not be without? My Parisian Hugo Boss polo neck – the best item of clothing I’ve ever purchased.

5 How would your perfect weekend finish? We would drive through the scenic parts of Edinburgh and then down to Cramond beach to relax with a latte.
