Music review: Johnny Marr
JUST as Robert Plant is too wrapped up in his own thing to bother reforming Led Zeppelin, so any glimmer of a Smiths reunion looks unlikely while their erstwhile guitar wonder Johnny Marr is having such a ball with his solo career, haring out the traps at this gig while embracing, even slightly exploiting the time-honoured fan chant of “Johnny f***king Marr” for his LED backdrop and T-shirts.
