Morningside Road Railway Station memories

Bob Smith, from Bruntsfield, wants to know if anyone can remember the year the last passenger rail service operated through Morningside Road Railway Station?

GORDON Murray made contact by email and said: "It closed to passenger services in September 1962."

The station is accessed through a gate opposite the Morningside Clock.
