Kelpies tours mark 15,000th visitor

The Kelpies are currently celebrating their 15,000th boat trip passenger to view the 100ft structures, which have dramatically changed the landscape and become a new cultural landmark. Tours of the artwork, created by artist Andy Scott, began in April.
