Tennis coach Judy Murray departed BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing after the public finally failed to keep her out of the elimination dance-off.

The viewers’ votes had kept her in the competition despite previous poor performances.

But her luck ran out last night and the judges unanimously decided it was time for her to go after she was pitted against Casualty actress Sunetra Sarker.
