Glasgow Boys go under the hammer

FOUR rare works by members of the internationally acclaimed group of artists known as the Glasgow Boys will form the centrepiece of a major art auction this week.

Paintings by Edward Atkinson Hornel, George Henry and John Quinton Pringle will be among 336 lots going under the hammer at the McTear's Fine and Scottish Pictures Sale in Glasgow tomorrow.
