Five Things To Do In Edinburgh: Tuesday October 9

• THEATRE: Haunting Julia Joe McFadden (Andy), Duncan Preston (Joe) and Richard O’Callaghan (Ken) star in in the first ever UK tour of the critically acclaimed London production of Alan Ayckbourn’s haunting study of grief, obsession and the supernatural. Preston is an actor of 40 years experience of many British TV prog-rammes from Acorn Antiques and Dinner-ladies, to Emmerdale and Casualty as well as Kevin’s dad in Harry Enfield. Haunting Julia is an eerie tale about a young musical prodigy who is discovered dead in a pool of blood. “It is scary and we have people screaming in the audience, and that’s what we’re after. • EXHIBITION: Of Natural & Mystical Things. This exhibition presents RSA members and artists who have recently come through the RSA Awards & Exhibitions programme.
