Video: New Trainspotting 2 teaser trailer released

The short clip doesn’t give much away as we see the original cast members lined up on a train station platform looking as glum as ever.

The film is the long awaited sequel to the original Trainspotting movie which was released in 1996 to much acclaim.

Ewan McGregor will return as Mark ‘Rent Boy’ Renton, Jonny Lee Miller as Simon ‘Sick Boy’ Williamson, Robert Carlye as Francis ‘Franco’ Begbie and Ewen Bremner as Daniel “Spud” Murphy.

The film is expected to be released in cinemas in February next year.
