Feel good about a little indulgence

Beat the January blues with the new "Feel Good" afternoon tea, available all month at the Sheraton Grand's Exchange Bar.

Post-festive season doom and gloom is no match for this fresh, light and superfood-packed treat, which costs 19.95 per person and boasts "positive" foods that are set to be major trends this year.

The tea includes "no-bread" savoury sandwich pots of Scottish smoked salmon with beetroot and crme fraiche, roast sirloin of beef with watercress and spinach, curried turkey and roasted red pepper, and chickpea, grilled vegetable and rocket.

And there is still something for the sweet-toothed, including carob and hemp seed gluten-free cake, blueberry jelly, chocolate mousse tartlets, and gluten-free pistachio and citrus sponge. Freshly baked beetroot and cranberry or golden sultana and orange scones are served with fromage frais and a selection of preserves.
