This week EdinburghSketcher sketched his support for Edinburgh’s Hibernian Football Club

THIS IS a ‘good luck sketch’ of Hibs home ground, Easter Road stadium for their visit to Hampden on Sunday. Unfortunately it didn’t have the desired effect, and Hibs lost to Celtic three nil in the Scottish Cup Final on Sunday...

“Good luck to all the Hibernian players and supporters in this weekends Scottish Cup Final against Celtic at Hampden Park.

One of Edinburgh’s two premier league football sides, Hibernian FC’s home stadium is Easter Road, which I have drawn here ink and watercolour as a good luck sketch.

If they win there will be an open top bus journey through the city to celebrate and show the cup. The match kicks off at 3pm on Sunday and is live on BBC Scotland, coverage begins just after 1pm.

C’mon the Hibs!”
