Mother takes road safety plea to No10

THE grieving mother of a 16-year-old girl killed by a speeding police car has taken her road safety campaign to Downing Street.

Yvonne Adamson handed over a petition with 20,000 signatures calling for emergency service vehicles to use blue lights and sirens when breaking the speed limit.
