Michelle Mone claims BBC are ‘sexist’

MICHELLE MONE has claimed that the BBC is sexist saying that they won’t ask her to replace Duncan Bannatyne on Dragon’s Den as they would never allow the women on the show to outnumber the men.

The show already features Deborah Meaden and Kelly Hoppen on the panel, alongside Peter Jones and Piers Linney. Duncan Bannatyne formally left the show last week and Mone, 42, who knocked back an earlier offer to join the panel has quashed rumours that she will receive a second invite. She told the Sun: “They haven’t asked me this time - and I don’t believe they will, not while they have two women already. I can’t see them having three female Dragons. It’s bound to be a man that takes Duncan’s place alongside Peter Jones and Piers Linney.”
