Doctor talks about death

A TERMINALLY-ILL young doctor will talk to scores of organisations across Scotland about the need for being open about death at an event in Edinburgh today.

Kate Granger, 31, who was diagnosed with a desmoplastic small-round-cell tumour, will address members of the Alliance, the group behind campaign Good Life, Good Death, Good Grief, which was launched a year ago to encourage Scots to talk and think about death.
