Princely bus ads unveiled

THE Prince of Wales has unveiled a series of bus adverts about the environment with the help of city school pupils.

Nine pupils and a teacher from Liberton High School spent a day with staff from Lothian Buses learning about the company's green credentials before designing the new poster campaign.

Ian Craig, Lothian Buses' managing director, said: "Meeting Prince Charles was an honour. However, it was made even better as he unveiled the school's artwork on the side of our bus."

Steve Johnson, Lothian Buses environmental manager, who worked closely with the children, added: "The resulting artwork is exceptional."
