Really reconciled
The Kirk is currently tearing itself in two over the sexual orientation of ministers, and has now been revealed this week to have sexism problems, with its own Moderator apparently denied access to some of her pulpits to preach.
In addition, the Free Church has seized upon the Kirk’s problems to sneer at its version of Christianity and play a nursery playground game of my faith is better than yours. And this from an organisation that suffered fractious fallout itself over changes to how it sang praise in its churches.

What message of reconciliation is the Protestant faith setting out for others to follow? Is it perhaps another case of religious leaders telling us “don’t do as we do, do as we say?”
