Stuart Kennedy is in court after complaints were made when he stripped off in an Aberdeen restaurant

A male stripper is in court after performing his routine in a restaurant while other diners were eating their dinner.

• Stuart Kennedy allegedly exposed his private parts stripping for a hen party at La Bamba restaurant in Aberdeen.

• Stripper allegedly covered up his genitals with a handkerchief after stripping his act

It’s also alleged that he simulated sex and made sexually suggestive remarks during the performance which occurred in November 2010.

The 29-year-old denies committing a public indecency offence and is on trial at Aberdeen Sheriff Court.

Restaurant manageress Rachael Duncan told the court that several diners in the restaurant had complained during the performance.

Ms Duncan, 25, said she had been advised by the stripper’s manager that the act would be suitable for children over the age of 13.

Depute fiscal Felicity Merson asked: “Do you remember the language used?”

She replied: “There was swearing, I remember that.”

The assistant manager was asked what she saw of the strip act.

She replied: “I remember he bent the hen over a chair and mimicked having sex with her, then he took is clothes off.”

Mrs Merson asked: “How far did he go taking his clothes off?”

Miss Duncan replied: “I think all of them. He was holding what looked like a handkerchief covering his genitals.”

The restaurant manageress said she had spoken to the mother of a girl celebrating her 16th birthday at the restaurant.

She said the mother was not concerned when she was advised that a stripper had been booked by a hen party that night.

Kennedy denies committing an act of public indecency at the restaurant.

The trial continues.
