ANDY Murray has taken an unusual picture of his head poking through the underflap of his physio bed.
The former Wimbledon and US Open champion shared the photo with fans from his physio room over 9,000 miles away in Australia.
The picture shows his stretched mouth, nose and eyes as they are pushed through the flap.
The athlete looks less than comfortable in the picture, which he uploaded to Instagram with the caption “Physio bed selfie”.
Fans were quick to comment on the funny image.
Mattie Rogers said: “What a face.”
Andy Prodigy added: “Best selfie of the year already.”
Just last month a picture of Murray wearing a Christmas jumper went viral. The tennis star took to Twitter to show off his new apparel, and stated that he was “chuffed to bits” with it.
The Glasgow-born athlete is currently in Perth for the run up to the Australian Open which starts later this month.
He is currently representing Great Britain alongside Heather Watson in the Hopman Cup.
