Jude Law returns to West End stage

Hollywood star Jude Law is returning to the London stage to play a sailor who falls in love with a prostitute.

The actor will appear in the Eugene O'Neill play Anna Christie at the Donmar Warehouse in Covent Garden from August.

The play is part of a farewell season for the theatre's artistic director, Michael Grandage, who is leaving this year.
