Bankers in city for talks

Bankers are gathering in Edinburgh today to talk to small and medium-sized businesses about the help and services available to them.

The half-day morning roadshow is hosted by the Better Business Finance campaign which provides support and advice from the five largest high street banks.

Chief executive of the British Bankers' Association Angela Knight, said: "We recognise the importance of being able to talk to people face-to-face, to be able to explain your particular situation and get support that is tailored to you. That's why we have set up this event in Edinburgh."

The event is at the Caledonian Hotel.
