Evans sets a radio record

CHRIS Evans has pulled in an all-time record radio audience, outstripping his predecessor, Sir Terry Wogan.

Official figures showed 9.53 million listeners tuned in each week to Evans' Radio 2 show – the biggest audience for any radio show since current research methods began in 1999.
