Not enlightened

Two MSPs are urging constituents to take part in WWF's Earth Hour tomorrow (your report 5 March) by turning off their lights for an hour to show their support for climate change. Around 60 street lights in South Queensferry, under the shadow of the road bridge, have burned continuously since March last year, despite having been reported to the authorities. Does this not make a mockery of the climate change?
