Coronavirus in Scotland: 411 new positive cases as death toll rises

The First Minister has updated the country on the latest coronavirus statistics.

There have been 411 new positive cases of coronavirus reported in the last 24 hours.

250 people are in hospital after testing positive and 23 patients are in intensive care.

12 deaths have been reported in the last 24 hours.

2,436,398 people have received the first dose of the Covid vaccine and 12,180 people have received their second dose.

Despite the drop in numbers, the First Minister has still urged caution.
