Tigers hope Carstairs will spring back

ICE HOCKEY: Graeme Carstairs may make his comeback at Kilmarnock Avalanche tonight after a lengthy spell on the sidelines with a shoulder injury.

Dundee Tigers’ talented player has trained this past week, and could included in the line-up for the Spring Cup qualifier in Ayrshire.

Joe Guilcher, Tigers’ general manager, said: "We’ll see how things go, but it would be good to have Graeme back in the team."

Dundee Texol Stars, the newly-crowned Findus League and play-off champions, have put season tickets on sale. Individual match tickets have been increased in price, and will cost 9 for adults and 6 for children, students and pensioners.
