EAST OF SCOTLAND men's and women's tennis teams will both play in their respective Group 3s of the inter-county tennis championships next year.

The women, playing at Cheltenham, clinched the title by beating Northumberland 5-1. The men, however, were relegated after achieving just one win from their five games at Cromer, losing their last match 5-1 to Norfolk
