Rankings: Tiger Woods slips down to 30th in the world

TIGER Woods has dropped another two places to 30th in the latest world rankings.

Only joint 37th in the WGC Bridgestone Invitational, his first event back from knee and Achilles tendon injuries, Woods falls below Rickie Fowler and Zach Johnson and now has 11 fellow Americans ahead of him. Adam Scott's victory - with Woods' former caddie Steve Williams on the bag - lifts him from 17th to ninth, while it is now an all-European top four again with Rory McIlroy, sixth in Akron, moving above Steve Stricker.Leading positions in world rankings:
