Stranraer 2 - 3 Queen’s Park: Late goal edges thriller for Spiders

STRANRAER hosted Queen’s Park yesterday, in the only Third Division game to go ahead.

With the majority of the division on Scottish Cup duty, the teams played out an entertaining five-goal thriller at Stair Park that saw the visitors go third, just two points behind their opponents. Jamie Longworth headed the Spiders in front before Craig Malcolm and Martin Grehan put Stranraer ahead. Craig Smith levelled in the 72nd minute but Ian Watt got the late winner.
