SPL Fanzone: Aberdeen

BEFORE Saturday’s match it was announced that former Aberdeen captain Scott Severin was having to retire due to injury and many fans will be eager to thank Scott for his contributions while at Aberdeen and, in particular, for scoring the goal that took us on our European adventure in 2007/08.

The disappointing result against Motherwell on Saturday took a back seat after the game as news of events at White Hart Lane started to filter through and many fans’ thoughts will be with Fabrice Muamba and his family at this time. On Sunday, it was encouraging to see that the Old Firm remain fallible and Kilmarnock deserve praise for their victory, however, condolences are extended to the Kelly family and all who were affected by the tragic events post-match.
