Hearts: Your Views

The home defeat to Motherwell has hit Hearts fans hard ...

Caroline Wylie, Chesser: "I really cannot see how that performance was any better than we saw when Csaba Laszlo was in charge. JJ loves attacking football but you need to get the balance right. Our defending has been absolutely awful. You can see the confidence draining out of the team. I dread to think what Rangers will do to us next week because we gift our opponents easy goals every week."

John Goodall, Gilmerton: "It looks to me as if we have learned absolutely nothing from the experience of losing to Falkirk. There was no "plan B" after they got the opening goal. We looked flat. When fit, Skacel will stroll into that team."

George Britton, Morningside: "We are not good enough. We lost the battle in the middle of the park. Palazuelos and Stevenson were dreadful. The goals were very soft. We have got to learn to defend better than that."

Graham Campbell, Riccarton: "Sunday league defending costs Hearts dear again. We will need to score three or four every week to win because we are not capable of keeping a clean sheet. We are atrocious at the back."

Wee Keith, Albion Terrace: "It was thanks only to Marian Kello that we conceded just two goals against Motherwell. Apart from Kevin Kyle, who had a decent game, the rest of the lads looked as though they had just got out of their beds. To lose six goals in two games is just not good enough."

Car Elphinstone: "What's wrong with giving Ryan McGowan a run or David Obua? They can't be any worse than what's playing."
