Stephen McGowan is new Edinburgh Fiscal

Lord Advocate Elish Angiolini QC has unveiled the new District Procurator Fiscal for Edinburgh and Haddington.

Stephen McGowan, currently District Procurator Fiscal in Aberdeen and Stonehaven, will oversee prosecutions in Edinburgh and Haddington Sheriff Courts, and investigations into sudden, suspicious and unexplained deaths.
