Ryanair lands a new route

BUDGET airline Ryanair has announced a new route from Edinburgh to the Swedish city of Gothenburg.

The new three times a week service begins operating from 5 November, with tickets on sale from today.

Ryanair's Laszlo Tamas said: "Ryanair now offers 39 low fare routes from Edinburgh which will allow our Scottish passengers to beat the recession by choosing Ryanair's lowest fares to destinations all over Europe, including France, Italy and Germany."
