Pupil in web catholic slur

A PUPIL at a top private school in the Capital has reportedly been suspended for using a sectarian slur against pupils at a catholic school.

The sixth-form boy from Stewart's Melville College made the bigoted comments on Facebook while reading that his school's football team would play either St Aloysius' College or another side in a cup final.

He wrote on the Independent Schools Cup page: "I hope we get St Aloysius cos they are a bunch of F***** b*******."

The head of St Aloysius alerted Stewart's Melville after being told about the comments.
