Probation for glass attack

A TEENAGER who left his victim needing 40 stitches on his face after he hit him with a glass bottle in a street brawl has been placed on probation for two years.

Conor Edmonds, 16, was yesterday warned if he breaches his order he faces custody.

Edinburgh Sheriff Court heard the 15-year-old victim had been at Scotland Yard Park, Edinburgh, on 29 May, 2009, with a group of friends when they were confronted by a group of 15 to 20 youths.
