Post office delay apology

POSTAL bosses have apologised to customers for the delayed opening of the new Harthill Post Office.

The facility, in the S&A Convenience store, on 58 West Main Street, was scheduled to be up and running today, but will now open on 25 January.

Unforeseen "operational reasons" were blamed for the delay.
