An inconvenience
DURING a recent visit to
Edinburgh city centre, I was
appalled to find that a fee of
30p was being demanded for
use of the so-called public conveniences.
This is an outrage! It is a blatant, yet underhand, attempt to exploit the frailties of elderly gentlemen. And it won’t work – I have been unable to obtain 30p pieces anywhere.
