Life for stabbing friend to death
John Dick, 19, was told at the High Court in Kilmarnock yesterday that he should serve a minimum 15 years for murdering Leslie Berry, also 19.
Violence erupted after Dick’s brother caused damage to the victim’s kitchen in August 2011. Mr Berry wanted to throw him out of the house in Park Lane, Kilsyth, North Lanarkshire.
