Former Enron boss can't bury his son

Former Enron president Jeff Skilling, serving 24 years for fraud, insider trading and lying to auditors, has been denied a temporary release from prison to attend his son's funeral, his lawyer said yesterday.

Daniel Petrocelli said the request was denied without explanation. John Taylor Skilling, 20, was found dead in his Santa Ana home last week.
