Fewer seeking to buy homes abroad

The number of Britons looking to buy property abroad dipped sharply last month, with interest in America and Australia cooling considerably, figures yesterday showed.

However, interest in property in Italy remained fairly high while searches for property in Tenerife rose 3.79 per cent.
